Annual Fund
THE CORE COMMUNITY SCHOOL ANNUAL FUND
For the school year 2022-23

Our annual fund supports the daily operations of the school, keeping us from having to dramatically increase tuition each year. Your donations of meaningful and important amounts to you are tax deductible.

Through the donation portal below, you may offer a one-time gift, or make monthly gifts to end with a final payment for the year in May 2023. If you’d like for your gift to be used to support a specific school project or need, please note your wishes in the comments section.

Thank you for your support of the students and teachers of CORE Community School!

Answering Your Annual Fund Questions
Why is 100% Annual Fund Participation Critical?
Everyone supportive of CORE Community School is asked to participate this year in the annual fund … teachers, administrators, parents, grandparents, board members, and friends of the school. One hundred percent participation shows our students and the community that the academic, social, emotional, recreational, and vocational work we do at school is so deeply beneficial to our students, as well as their families.
How Much Should I Give?
Make your gift important and meaningful to you, while knowing that performing the extensive and critical work we do in the schoolhouse and at our farm retreat property requires extra financial support during the year, all in direct support of the needs of our wonderful students. You can be confident in the school’s financial management, led by our board of directors and the school’s administration, who are diligently ensuring that the present operation and the future of the school continue to be based on our mission.
What’s the mission of CORE Community School?
We help our students to “know their own strength” by ...
• Nurturing and developing our students' academic, outdoor, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
• By providing a safe, supportive learning environment.
• By developing perspective and compassion in our students through opportunities to genuinely connect with and give back to the community.
• By helping students better understand and manage their own learning profile.
• By guiding students to discover their identity, passions, and purpose.
• And by empowering parents to be effective and accountable learning partners in their child's life.

Your school development contacts and our wonderful students deeply appreciate your generosity!
